  • Course Cancellation:
    If you cancel your enrollment within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Difficulties:
    If continuous technical issues prevent you from attending classes, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
  • Unsatisfactory Experience:
    If the course does not meet your expectations, and valid reasons are provided within the first week.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If a student discontinues classes after the refund period.
  • If the student misses scheduled lessons without prior notice.
  • If the student violates academy rules or engages in misconduct.
  • If the refund request is made after 5 days from the payment date.

How to Request a Refund

  • Provide the reason for the refund request along with proof of payment.
  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If you are facing schedule conflicts, you may request a class reschedule instead of a refund.
  • If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, please inform us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
